The Modifier creates a resonance due to which fuel "is divided"
into the smaller and more ordered fragments therefore more effective
combustion of fuel is achieved.
It occurs because the
MODIFIER, due to the special characteristics of the powerful magnetic
field, created on the way of molecules movement of hydrocarbon molecules
of fuel, builds the hydrocarbon molecules in the more ordered way that
in its turn results in improvement of oxygen access to them. The magnetic
field in this case becomes a source of resonance in hydrocarbon lines
of fuel and hydrocarbon lined of molecule are ionized and break up into
the smaller fragments. As a result, when molecules of fuel reach the
combustion chamber, distance between them is maximal, that is an optimum
condition for the best combustion of fuel.
Polarization of magnets
is executed on the greatest area that provides compactness of the device
and crossing of the entire fuel tube channel by magnetic stream. The
fuel stream passes 5 critical sections with the magnetic stream constantly
compressing it, with alternation of field direction. Approximately 1/6
of fuel streams receive 3 "turns" for 180 ° and 5/6 of fuel
"is turned" 4 times for 90 ° and one for 180 °.
Devices of
" Magneto-frequency resonators
" class to which the MODIFIER concerns, are widely used in various
spheres, but use of this principle of magnetic resonance for ionization
of hydrocarbons is unique.
As a result of use of the Modifier
the factor of fuel combustion raises up to 84 %.
The greatest overall performance of
the Modifier is achieved at installation
of the device maximally close to the chamber of combustion (injector,
carburetor, oil burner).
SCIENTIFIC
EXPLANATION
The modifier is a device
for fuel processing with the purpose of its preparation (modification)
for the more effective combustion in the internal-combustion engine.
At its designing the necessary condition for reception of effect of
decoupling fuel hydrocarbon circuits and their keeping in such condition
for the period, necessary for technological process of fuel burning
is considered. The invention is related to the technical equipment where
the effective utilization of fuel by internal-combustion engine and
reduction of ecologically harmful exhausts at their work is required.
A number of devices (series C02F1/48)
for " magnetization " the
liquids (water) are known, having the general and common purpose to
pass the liquid through a magnetic field and "to magnetize"
it. Such devices have a number of lacks:
• non-technological designs,
• passage of liquid past the active
zone of the magnetic field,
• contact of magnets with liquid,
• presence of joints of details requiring
hermetic sealing.
The offered design has
a concrete purpose. The purpose of the invention is to increase the
efficiency of fuel combustion of fuel in the internal-combustion engine (gas and diesel) with improvement of their ecological
characteristics. Thus the design is compact and reliable.
Processing (modification)
of fuel before its reception into the
combustion chamber of the internal-combustion engine, occurs
in the channel of fuel pipe with to variable
cross-section. The positive effect is
reached at a molecular level in a volume of the channel of fuel pipe with
variable polarization by magnetic field. As elementary particle of liquid
(molecule, ion) in magnetic field is influenced by
Lorentz's force aspiring to turn it perpendicularly,
in a volume of fuel pipe with variable polarization resonant magnetostriction effects
arise, braking the hydrocarbon
"chains" of fuel, leading the fuel
structure to a condition in which oxidizing process at combustion proceeds
much more effectively, with reduction of harmful emissions.
At research at test stands of Kharkov
Head Specialized Design Office of engines of average capacity, at application
of the device in system of fuel delivery of the forced automobile diesel
engine ÑÌÄ-23-07 the following results have been obtained:
• on fuel economy - 13-17 %,
• reduction of exhaust
opacity- about 50 %,
Reduction of emissions
• nitric
oxide (NO2) - 11-16 %,
• carbon monoxide- 14-20 %,
• hydrocarbons (ÑÍ) - 5-7 %.
The greatest effect is achieved at
installation of the device in the immediate proximity to
the executive operation point of the unit (in front of the carburetor,
injector, spray). In this case the effect of the greatest structural
reorganization of molecules of fuel is kept while preparation for the
effective burning. Fuel, when passing the fuel pipe, satisfies conditions
of the Joule’s effect (at increase of magneton deformation magnetic
conductivity increases). As well as in any magnetostrictive effects if there is a change of sizes in volume
of polarization - change of magnetization is unavoidable. In this section
the magnetic intensity - a condition of conformity to the Gillman’s
effect - is also amplified. Diamagnetic filling is applied for reduction
of dispersion of magnetic stream and reduction of external magnetic
influences.

Thus, in the offered
device, preparation of fuel occurs before the burning process, time
of oxidizing processes is determined basically by the speed of chemical
reactions of fuel burning. In its turn the speed of chemical reactions
of burning depends on condition of hydrocarbon compounds.
Increase of speed of
chemical reactions of burning as a result of reorganization of fuel
at molecular level raises the useful capacity of the internal-combustion
engine and,
finally, increases efficiency of fuel use, and also considerably improves
ecology of exhaust.
For preparation of fuel
before its burning the offered device, in such performance carries out
the most effective destruction of " hydrocarbon chains " (hydrogen
compounds) and keeps them in such condition during the period, necessary
for the process of the most effective burning of fuel.
