The Modifier is a compact device. It is easily installed on a hose of fuel pipe, does not require complicated installation or additional power supplies.

Process of installation of the Modifier is very simple. On complexity of installation the Modifier can be possibly compared with installation the purification filter. You can carry out installation independently, but, certainly, it is better that the installation was carried out by professionals.

Installation instructions:

Injector

The Modifier is installed into a section of the fuel hose before the Fuel Pump of High pressure. This process, like the injector installation, is relatively straightforward. If you choose to do this on your weekend, it would be safe to say you'll be able to complete the install in the morning and be back watching the footy or playing bingo before lunch time. Please make sure you follow these instructions closely. If you need any further advice, please contact us.

    1. Determine the hose of fuel supply . As a rule, automobile has two fuel hoses - one for supply and another is the returnable one. For definition of the supply hose start the engine, leave it for 5-10 minutes, then stop the engine. The fuel supply hose will be colder in comparison with the return hose.

    2. Disconnect the minus plug of the accumulator for 10-15 minutes, it will allow the electronic block to be adjusted anew and to submit a correct mix in view of the established Modifier.

    3. Install the Modifier as close as possible to the injector (distance up to 100 cm is supposed). Turn on the ignition, light and fan. Attach the minus plug. Start the engine and 3-4 minutes keep it working at rotation of 2500. After that it is necessary to pass about 3-4 km.

Diesel engine

The Modifier is installed into a section of the fuel hose before the Fuel Pump of High pressure.

Installation on automobiles with a rubber hose of fuel system:

    1. Open the car bonnet and, having examined the system of fuel supply, determine the hose of fuel supply to the engine. On injector automobiles there are two hoses: the first is for the fuel supply to the engine (at working engine it remains cold as fuel goes in it from the fuel tank; more often it is thicker), the second is return hose (at working engine it is more warm as the fuel, passing through the nozzle frame, is heated up), there can be two of them and they are thinner than the fuel supply hose.

    2. At a choice of convenient place for installation of the Modifier on the fuel supply hose, it is necessary to take into account, that the maximal efficiency of work of the Modifier is achieved, when it is located as close to the injector/carburetor or Fuel Pump of High pressure as possible, on a distance up to 10-30 cm (at necessity installation of the device on the distance up to 100 cm is allowed, far from output collector and electromagnetic gauges).

    3. Open the refueling neck of the fuel tank for to remove pressure in the fuel supply system.

    4. Disconnect the minus plug of the accumulator for 10-15 minutes that will allow the electronic block to be adjusted after installation of the Modifier anew and to submit the correct mix in a view of the installed device.

    5. For installation of the Modifier it is necessary to cut the fuel supply hose accurately in the planned place.

    6. Further, it is necessary to put on two ends of the mounting clamps and making some efforts to stick them in up to the stop each connecting pipe of the Modifier into the corresponding ends of the hose, observing the direction of location of the device in accordance with the arrow on a label.

    7. After installation of the Modifier it is necessary to tighten all clamps, having arranged them on a hose atop of the connecting pipes.

    8. Connect the minus plug of the accumulator. Start the engine and leave it working for 2-3 minutes at 2,5 - as 3 thousand rotations, attentively examine places of fixture.

    9. After installation of the device it is necessary to check up tightness of connections.

* After installation on the engine with carburetor system of fuel supply it is necessary to make adjustment of ignition and adjustment of the carburetor.

Installation on automobiles with a plastic hose of fuel system:

    1. Open the car bonnet and, having examined the system of fuel supply, determine the hose of fuel supply to the engine. On injector automobiles there are two hoses: the first is for the fuel supply to the engine (at working engine it remains cold as fuel goes in it from the fuel tank; more often it is thicker), the second is return hose (at working engine it is more warm as the fuel, passing through the nozzle frame, is heated up), there can be two of them and they are thinner than the fuel supply hose.

    2. Choose the most convenient place for installation of the Modifier on the fuel supply hose as close to the to the injector/carburetor or Fuel Pump of High pressure as possible, on a distance up to 10-30 cm (at necessity installation of the device on the distance up to 100 cm is allowed, far from output collector and electromagnetic gauges).

    3. Open the refueling neck of the fuel tank for to remove pressure in the fuel supply system.

    4. Disconnect the minus plug of the accumulator for 10-15 minutes that will allow the electronic block to be adjusted after installation of the Modifier anew and to submit the correct mix in a view of the installed device.

Installation Variant 1:

    1. Having cut the fuel supply hose, it is necessary to put on two ends of the mounting clamps and making some efforts to stick them in up to the stop each connecting pipe of the Modifier into the corresponding ends of the hose, observing the direction of location of the device in accordance with the arrow on a label.

    2. If it is not possible to stick in the connecting pipes of the Modifier into the ends of the fuel hose applying usual physical efforts, it is necessary to warm up two ends of the section of fuel hose in the following way:

      a. To take a glass of boiled water and to put one of the hose ends into it for 30-60 seconds.

      b. Into the warmed plastic end of the fuel hose clockwise, making efforts, to stick in the first connecting pipe. If it will not be possible to stick the connecting pipe into the section of the fuel hose from the first time, repeat the operation again.

      c. Similarly make installation of the second connecting pipe of the Modifier.

    1. After installation of the Modifier it is necessary to tighten all clamps, having arranged them on a hose atop of the connecting pipes.
    2. Connect the minus plug of the accumulator. Start the engine and leave it working for 2-3 minutes at 2,5 - as 3 thousand rotations, attentively examine places of fixture.
    3. After installation of the device it is necessary to check up tightness of connections.

Installation Variant 2:

    1. Having cut the plastic hose of fuel supply, it is necessary to remove the rubber braid from it, 5-6 cm from each end.

    2. On sites of the hose without the rubber braid to put a sealing material (is not included into the set of delivery).

    3. Atop of the plastic basis processed with the sealing material, it is necessary to put on for 4-5 cm the gasoline-resistant sleeve from the set for installation on the plastic hose of the Modifier (at necessity is delivered separately).

    4. On two ends of the gasoline-resistant sleeve you should put on four mounting clamps and, making some efforts to stick them in up to the stop each connecting pipe of the Modifier into the corresponding ends of the sleeve, observing the direction of location of the device in accordance with the arrow on a label.

    5. After installation of the Modifier it is necessary to tighten the clamps, having arranged two of them on the sleeve atop of connecting pipes and two clamps of the sleeve atop of the plastic basis (having receded 1-2 cm from the edge of the put on sleeve).

    6. Connect the minus plug of the accumulator. Start the engine and leave it working for 2-3 minutes at 2,5 - as 3 thousand rotations, attentively examine places of fixture.

    7. After installation of the device it is necessary to check up tightness of connections.
